Order Status Questions
Do to overwhelming call volume, the easiest and quickest way to get order status information is to open a support ticket. Our shipping department answers these inquiries directly from the support ticket area. You can easily create a ticket by clicking the My Orders button below and then clicking on the Get Help button next to your order.
